Section 55
Taking Necessary Actions to Prevent Offenses
If anyone is suspected of committing an offense punishable under this Act or is found in the act of committing an offense, the forest employee or the police officer shall make arrangements to prevent such offense from occurring and use the necessary force for that purpose.
